She delivered on that promise with meetings, weekly phone calls and text messaging. Even after contract acceptance, Marcia continued to provide a high degree of personal care- offering to provide boxes or tape if we needed and taking the last-minute trash that missed the service. The only regret is that we moved from the area and will not have her available if/when we decide to sell another home.

She kept us informed of any issues that came to light. She held several open houses and even literally baked cookies during one of the open houses. She was present at every inspection and had prepared extensively house price comparisons for the price Appraiser. She was equally adept in helping us purchase our current house. We purchased a house in the country and she helped educate us on many aspects, such as septic tanks and wells which we had no knowledge of. If we ever need a Realtor again, Marcia will be my first and only call. I can recommend her very highly!
