I met with Marcy regarding the sale of my mom’s house on a Thursday afternoon at 4:30 pm. We had a full price offer by 7:00 pm that evening! Throughout the whole transaction, Marcy was in daily communication with me and offered recommendations of people who could do the things that needed to be done to the house so that it was up to code.
