I have been planning to call Marcia Pessanha, but with the fast pace of life I ended up not reaching out. I would like to thank her immensely for her work, professionalism, & love! She is the best! I loved knowing her and having her in one of the greatest and best transition moments of our lives! From the bottom of my heart, a sincere “Thank You!” ??

Great professional!!! I have worked with Marcia pesanha in a a couple of houses and could not be more happier. Everything she told me she came through, she negotiated on the house I was buying :) And came higher then expected on the house I was selling :) Easy to work with extremely well versed. Highly highly recommend her . I am lucky to have had her on my side Thank you Marcia!!!!!

I give Marcia 5 stars because she helped us buy our dream home 5 years ago and she made it so easy and enjoyable. It was not my first time buying a house and I know it can be a stressful experience. But it wasn’t. Marcia was there for all the steps and ready to answer all our questions . She helped us get the right price and it was such a great investment, it’s worth double the price today. Thank you Marcia.Hopefully we can do business again in the future.

We bought and sold our apartment with her and... NO STRESS! She kindly guided us and did everything for us. Marcia Pessanha is a blessing!

Great real estate agent helped me buy my first house in Gloucester!

Great agent! Helped me buy my first house in Gloucester. She helped with showing me a lot house before I got my first house. I would recommend to anyone looking to buy a house in Massachusetts.

Let me put this way… I can’t wait to do my next business with her… Thanks Márcia…

Great effort Start to finish. I recommend Marcia 100%

I'm not one that normally does survey's so if I do one then, in my mind, the accolade or criticism is well deserved. So, you have to be careful dealing with real estate professionals. Quite frankly some will do anything to just get the sale done so they can collect their check and move on regardless of how the details of the final contract affect you the customer. Marcia is an honest, results driven professional who puts the interests of her client first. I trust her. You can too.

experience matters!! my house was on the market and sold on the first visit. Now what matters is how she did it and how long it took it. Marcia blasted my house everywhere on social media video on you tube even a live video hard to see that. (way to go Marcia) when you are trying to sell a house thats exactly the kind of Attitute the seller needs from an agent. Anyone can be a real estate agent, but you need to achieve excellence to be a great one. Thank you Marcia Pessanha! "no im not a suck up its simply the experience i had"

Marcia was always prompt to answer questions and reliable. She did what she promised to do and was consistent and kind. All the work was worth the price. I totally recommend. Super professional and a great person to deal with. We were extremely satisfied with her work.
