We couldn't ask for a better experience in selling our home. When issues arose, Marcia always walked us through different scenarios before we made any decisions and it always led to something better than anticipated! We trusted Marcia like an old friend. We deferred to her in many situations due to her tremendous experience and knowledge. She kept us well informed and educated throughout the process. We had used Marcia on a previous situation and she was phenomenal. When we decided to sell, we didn't hesitate to use her again!
