If you are considering buying or selling real estate in the Central Ohio area, I highly recommend Marcia Morrison as a very effective realtor with a solid knowledge of the market. Family and work made it necessary for us to relocate to another state. Having been in our house for 18 years, it was in need of a freshening up of décor and appliances. Marcia made a number of recommendations that would enhance the marketability and price. While initially hesitant to making all the suggested improvements, I found it relatively easy to finance the $18,000 for new appliances, granite kitchen counter tops, flooring and paint. This allowed us to list the house for $80,000 above what the house would have been appraised for prior to the improvements. Marcia then staged the house very tastefully and we were in contract three days after listing, $20,000 above the asking price.
