I found Marcia to be very helpful with a number of concerns...some of which were not her duties as a real estate agent. She was great and timely with all followup issues. Although I decided not to sell at the time, she continues to keep me abreast of what is going on with/in the market. On a scale of one to ten, Marcia is a TWELVE, You will not go wrong with Marcia.
