Marcia was a savior for me. I was relocating from south florida, selling my home in Florida, trying to find a new home and job in Atlanta. I can tell you I was very stressed and needed someone help make my transition smooth. Marcia was sweet and very professional and helped me to find a beautiful home within a very acceptable time frame. Looking back on it now, she made all the difficult parts of the process of finding, negotiating, and helping to close the deal seem so easy. :) I would/will be using her for my realtor needs in the future.

I found Marcia to be very helpful with a number of concerns...some of which were not her duties as a real estate agent. She was great and timely with all followup issues.
