Working with Marcia Hernick was an education and fun! Marcia was available when ever we had a question. Marcia explained the paper work, gave advice about staging the condo. ( get rid of clutter) Marcia was well informed about many of the condo buildings and would guide and advise us about properties. We listed the condo on a Friday evening and had a full prce offer by noon on Sunday!
