This is our second time working with Marcia Hadeler. Our most recent experience this month (May 2022) was selling a townhome in Napa. Marcia has this saying, “Click or call, I do it all!” which sounds kind of cliché but she really does. From the moment we signed the listing agreement she set up someone to do a full house cleaning and someone for a home inspection so that everything was spic and span and there would be no delay for an open house. By having an inspection done in advance she could show buyers the condition of the home and that there were no issues that needed to be addressed. Within a week we had multiple offers and were under contract and over list price even though we thought the list price might be too high. On top of that we had a 15 day close! Marcia went above and beyond our expectations. She took the initiative to arrange many tradesmen and contractors for an extensive home remodel. She participated in critical decision making involving things like materials, colors, and every possible way we could save on costs. She worked morning, noon, and night, seven days a week, and even personally tried "do it yourself" solutions to fix a stain problem in a tub. She made the sale of our house a huge success.

Marcia is the most complete agent I could imagine. Her knowledge of the local market, contact list of local repair technicians, energy, communication, negotiation skills, and general care is ‘off the charts’. We sold our house while living out of state and she made the otherwise stressful situation absolutely care free. I would recommend Marcia to anyone!!
