Marcia was very knowledgeable about both real estate in general and also the Palm Springs market where I was house-hunting. I'm a retiree and I hadn't owned my own home since I purchased a condo in my early twenties which I sold approximately five years later so her expertise came in quite handy. I originally was fixed on the "bottom line" and was predominantly looking at low priced mfg. homes on leased property. After showing me some of those homes she had the opportunity to listen to my rambling conversation during home showings and steered me in the direction of homes where I owned both the home and the property on which it was built. I settled on a price that, initially, would have 'scared' me but the single monthly mortgage payment resulted in the same amount as a lower priced mortgage combined with the monthly lease on the property. That is just one of the many questions she handled during my search. The bottom line is that without any pressure she found the home I purchased and am very happy with. I would highly recommend her. She works hard for you and, in addition, is fun to be with. How can you beat a combination like that?
