Marcia went above and beyond to make buying my 1st home a breeze, she was up with me 1 & 2 A.M due to the fact that I worked nightshift, Marcia made the time me & also make unnecessary sacrifices to ensure that I could achieve buying my house, Marcia make sure I understood single every details of the contacted as well as adressing every single question, I had about the property, buying a house. I was told would be HELL but thank you Marcia it seemed like a 🚶‍♀️in the park.

Needed a local realtor that could help me with the area. I already had worked with other ones over the phone but were not real good help. Marcia was awesome from the start. My purchase had so many issues, with contractors and inspections. Marcia was able to help and resolve them as much as possible. She was there every step and hurdle we came across. Marcia was always available through text message, phone calls or emails. There was so many issues with contractors she ended up reaching out to most of them, help me set up a lot of appointments with them where they had to see/inspect the property. My experience was great. I have dealt with plenty of Realtors, Marcia is by far the best one I have ever dealt with. She went way above and beyond what any other realtor has done. She was very patient with us. She made sure that what she was showing us was the best house for us. Never felt pressured us into anything.
