Marcia was recommended to me last year by a friend who told me that he didn’t know how else to say it but that “She gets the job done”. I’ve had the opportunity to work with her twice now, last year in the purchase of my first home in late 2021 and now this year in the selling of a beach condo that I inherited with my siblings. Both times my friend’s words about her were true to my experience. She got the job done. I’m currently living in a great home in a quality neighborhood, and we were able to get a fantastic price on the sale of the beach condo that closed earlier this month.
