We found Marcia after a particularly stressful few months trying to sell our house with another agent. What a breath of fresh air Marcia is! She's upbeat, professional, positive, smart, tactful and knowledgeable. Immediately, she was able to make our house shine in its best possible light which was cause for a quick and friendly sale! Marcia pays attention to detail and is an excellent communicator. She is quick to respond to potential buyer's questions and treats all involved with special touches that are above and beyond. We cannot recommend Marcia highly enough, we simply loved having her handle every aspect of our sale!
