Even though Marcia lived an hour away from where we were looking for a home she was always there when we needed her...often traveling up to two hours each way to help us out. Her professionalism, knowledge, and kindness made the whole process so much easier. I would highly recommend Marcia and will for sure work with her for any future home purchases.
