I'm Marci Braddock, and I'd like to be your REALTOR. I've worked in loan administration, technical proposal and report writing, technical editing, and risk management. In other words, I'm a detail person. First licensed as an Associate Broker in Colorado in 2003, and in New Mexico since 2007. I've marketed listings, written listing and purchase contracts, and managed transactions through closing. I am responsive, realistic, and respectful. You will be taken seriously. I've bought and sold only 3 homes as a consumer. I get it. Real estate is a big deal. You will be treated as an individual. I know how to use a smart phone, computer, tablet, electronic signing, and online forms. I also know how to use a notepad, a pen, and a handshake. Your choice. You will not be pestered. I will not bombard you with spam. (I hate that stuff as much as you do!) I will ask you to refer friends and family to me if you think I've done a good job for you. I appreciate your consideration, and I'll work hard to achieve your real estate goals. Marci Outside of real estate, I have a 16-year-old Quarter Horse that I ride regularly and show occasionally. I adore our two rescue dogs, who strive to outdo each other in shedding hair and napping. I help lead the singing and I deliver the children's message at our little country church. And I play piano competently but struggle with the guitar. I also love to cook and bake, and I enjoy the results.
