I recommend Marcelo in the selling and purchasing of homes. He helped me do both back to back without any problems. Marcelo was always kind and extremely understanding! (it was very emotional selling a home of 30+ years for me) I appreciated all of his efforts, suggestions and positive attitude! The entire process was actually quite fun! I love my new home!...and I am sure my old home is being taken good care of by the new owners....I won twice thanks in large part to Marcelo!
