Above-and-Beyond Service

Ms. Lambert was very helpful in selling my father's home. She went above-and-beyond to prepare the house for selling and made many helpful suggestions about what needed to be repaired or cleaned-up to maximize the curb-appeal - even doing a significant amount of work herself and supervising repair crews. In the end, the house was sold in a reasonable period of time and for a reasonable price. Ms. Lambert facilitated a closing process that went smoothly with minimal delay. I would highly recommend Ms. Lambert as an agent for any of my friends and family.
