By Far the Best Agent Around

Marcie was my parents agent first. We chose to put our home on the market two days before them with another agent. My parents closed on their home within 35 days. Needless to say it was the worst choice we ever made. We waited with the other agent for 4 months with nothing but problems and only two offers which fell through. We hired Marcie (which was the best decision we ever made) and explained our desperation of paying two mortgages. Marcie was always kind, knowledgeable, and on our side. She cares about the buyers too (even though they were not hers). She always explained “if it was my buyers I would fight for this” which put things into perspective. We had our home on the market for a few weeks. She had multiple open houses even in the same week and weekend! And it was not long before we had 4, not one or two but FOUR offers! And we closed in EIGHTEEN days! I cannot recommend Marcie enough. She cares, is hardworking, and very educated on every bit of the process. If you want to sell OR buy a home ask for Marcie. She is literally the BEST agent around. Don’t listen to the CA ranks like we did. They are clearly bias. Ask for Marcie. You will not be disappointed.
