Every single question I had, whether big, small or stupid he was right there and always maintained his professionalism. When we found the house we purchased the earliest showing was at 8 pm. Even though he had other plans that evening he took the time to drive clear across town to show us our house. He even went the extra 10 miles and had a contract waiting to send if we loved it. I believe that is the key to the sale. Having every part of the deal ready so when your buyers say go, everything is lined up and ready. No one is waiting for the other person.
