Becoming a homeowner has always been a goal for my fiancé and I. We planned on making the move after our wedding in 2021 but a little blessing came along before so.. We knew we couldn’t raise a child in our tiny studio and decided it was time to make that life investment. We reached out to Marc because I heard great things about his commitment to making dreams a reality. We started the process in May and he immediately started to ask questions to ensure we found the perfect home. He created a tour for that same weekend, showed us 7 DIFFERENT properties to make sure we got an idea of which home layout was best for us. The first home/stop was the one we fell in love with. After touring all 7 houses, we told him we were really interested in the property. He immediately helped us with the offer and a few days later was accepted! I had no idea having a great realtor would be this crucial.. Marc helped us get 15,000 towards closing costs!! We are happily homeowners of a 4 bedroom, 2 baths and a POOL! With a realtor as great as Marc anything is really possible and we are beyond blessed to call him our own!

We cannot recommend Marc Williams of Williams Realty enough! He was amazing! It felt like we had a good friend who knew the ins and outs of buying a house and wanted to help us. We were in our new house a month after meeting him, and we weren’t even sure we were ready to buy at the time we met Marc! His extensive background in banking and mortgages makes him invaluable - especially for first-time buyers like us.
