Marc's professionalism, communication and negotiation skills, market knowledge, and attention to detail are exceptional. With his help, we purchased our home entirely remotely, which was not a simple process. Being completely new to the Milwaukee area, we had a lot to learn before we could confidently put down an offer, and Marc had almost all of the information we needed (plus a lot of info we didn't know we needed) readily available. His knowledge about construction and remodeling also came in handy during walkthroughs, as he was very skilled at pointing out important details about the houses we were viewing.
