In our case, we needed a clean-out crew and an estate sale company--both of which turned out to be excellent referrals from Marc. Not only does Marc have twelve-plus years' of experience as a realtor, he has the credentials to back it up. To invest in continuing education even after he knows his craft says a lot about who he is as a professional. When choosing a realtor, it is important to find the right person who can "quarterback" your deal, who can lean into keeping things moving in a friendly but no-nonsense way. That is definitely Marc. Marc did a great job with a tough situation for us. He was always available, jumped in wherever/whenever he could. He was as thorough as you would ever want with his analysis and recommendations. Marc's professionalism, communication and negotiation skills, market knowledge, and attention to detail are exceptional. With his help, we purchased our home entirely remotely, which was not a simple process. Being completely new to the Milwaukee area, we had a lot to learn before we could confidently put down an offer, and Marc had almost all of the information we needed (plus a lot of info we didn't know we needed) readily available. His knowledge about construction and remodeling also came in handy during walkthroughs, as he was very skilled at pointing out important details about the houses we were viewing.
