Marc has many professional qualities he knows the market, he worked extremely hard in getting my condo sold for a good price. Yet he also is frank and honest and knows the market and what works. You need that expertise, anyone can tell you what you want to hear. He held numerous open houses and was always in contact with me and gave me recommendations. He also has contacts with numerous tradesman: plumber, painters, odd jobs...this is important when you are selling a place and Marc guided us through the process perfectly. Aside from his professional skills, Marc is a good person. Very eloquent, reliable, and works in a upscale manner. He is a top notch person and realtor.
