We needed to sell our home after we'd already moved out of state and several last-minute issues popped up. Marc adeptly handled all of our concerns including a minor mold issue under the sink, cleaning and repainting, garage door repair, and landscaping. The final listed product was excellent, and our home sold in less than a month. My wife and I were quite pleased!

Marc is just a great human being. He helped us find the perfect house in the Santa Clarita area. We were moving in from out of state and really only had a couple days to look. He was patient with us as we peppered him with many emails and calls before we even met him. He made himself available for us when we were going to be in town, though I am sure he had to juggle his schedule to give us his undivided attention for 3 days. He was easy to get along with as we looked around and pointed out attractions and restaurants we would be interested in when we moved to the area.
