I met Marc as I went to view a property he was the listing agent on. I wasn't working with an agent at the time, so I decided to move forward and work with him directly. This was the best decision I made. He walked me through every step of the way and explained every process. The three words I can  use best to describe him: patient, professional and pleasant. Marc was excellent in every way. He quickly solved a title complication. He was aware of other sales in the area similar to my sale, and gave me excellent pricing information. He nearly always answered my calls and if I left a message he returned my calls within minutes. He found a buyer that was financially preapproved for the price of the home. He knew of an excellent estate sales person and put me in contact with him. Since I was out of town, much of the escrow process was done electronically. He was there throughout the whole process. In summary, Marc made the sale easy and he got us a good price.

Marc was a huge help and a pleasure to work with in the sale of our home. He was always reachable; returning all phone calls and emails promptly, and he was always happy to go to this vacant property to let in contractors, inspectors...so we didn't have to do it. He also gave us good advice on what  to fix and clean up, which ended up saving us a ton of money. Marc had great instincts on when to list, what to ask and what to agree to during the negotiations.
