Marc went above and beyond in selling my place. He has extensive knowledge for the Capitol Hill area and our place sold within a weekend. He paid special attention to all the details in our house and helped us get it ready to sell. I’ll add that he did a great job staging our house and making it feel warm and welcoming for the potential buyers. Marc is also a great communicator and kept me updated on every part of the process.
