In short, Marc is simply amazing! He exceeded all my expectations for a real estate agent. I’m a first time homebuyer, however, I worked with 2 agents in 2021 in multiple failed attempts to purchase a house. It took 20 days working with Marc from our initial conversation to a ratified sales contract! In this market, that’s pretty unbelievable. During that time we submitted offers on 3 houses and viewed multiple others. He is lightning speed responsive. I always felt like I was his top priority client. He has an aggressive approach and thinks outside the box which provided my offers an advantage & edge. Ultimately the number one quality about Marc is that I fully trusted him. I went through this home buying experience by myself. It was such a comfort knowing that I could rely on Marc’s honesty, knowledge and expertise. I highly recommend him. He will definitely be my realtor for life!
