I'm incredibly lucky to have found Marc. I've done 2 home remodels and home sales with him, one in 2020 and one in 2021 during the Covid pandemic and fire seasons. He and his team pulled through and far exceeded my expectations for both homes! Everything went incredibly smoothly both times, even after a buyer withdrew their offer for liquidity reasons after the stock market crash in Jan/Feb 2022. Marc was on it, and within a day he already had the second offer ready to go. What could have been a terrible situation became a non-event because of Marc's experience. Another area where Marc is amazing is his smooth handling of complex family interactions for estate stakeholders. This was a lifesaver, as I was initially concerned that other people in my family didn't want to do an ambitious remodel like I did. Marc doesn't even seem to try to convince anyone, he just makes everyone feel at ease. I almost want to buy another home and flip it just so I can work with March again. He's that good.

Marc approaches his work with a strong sense of integrity which was evident in his determination to make transparent all the information necessary for my family to sell our family home. He made sure at each step that everyone was on board before moving forward. He had a keen awareness of the emotional aspects of the sale of the home which housed and otherwise supported four generations. His pleasant, patient and easy personality lent a sense of security to the whole process because you got the feeling that he genuinely wanted the best experience for my family at this sometimes difficult juncture. This was evident in Marc’s willingness to go out of his way to make the process as smooth, quick and effortless as possible. His intimate knowledge of the Willow Glen area was a plus as it is his home neighborhood. He also helped a cousin find and buy a condo in Santa Cruz as well. It was truly a pleasant experience to work with Marc and I would recommend him as a realtor to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

I was traveling and unable to be present through much of it and they always acted in my best interests. If you want to feel confident that all details are handled for a clean transaction, again, Marc is the agent for you. Technically, he is detail-oriented, very knowledgeable and proactive. Plus, he anticipates any possible issues and takes steps to mitigate. Examples of this were: coordinating and scheduling a full set of inspections to disclose to potential buyers and also ensuring the proper precautions for a safe wire-transfer of funds during escrow. Personally, I found him to be very communicative, responsive, personable, authentic, understanding and trustworthy. He really cared about us finding new places to live before the house went on the market and was helpful all along the process. After working with Marc, why would I want to work with anyone else? It was a full-service, excellent experience from start to finish. He has a great energy and the results were simply fantastic...a clean offer, over asking price with a drama-free escrow.
