The property belonged to a family member who passing was unexpected. I was named as Trustee and charged with the sale of house. Marc went far beyond the norm of a Realtor; he assisted in obtaining a rental for my nephew prior to my signing a listing agreement; he provided names of reasonably priced movers. Took time to explain each line of the listing agreement & each comp, and gave me several options to think about before I signed. Once listed and in MLS, he held an open house that brought several offers and I was under contract within 10 days. The 1st buyer requested a release; Marc contacted others and obtained a second buyer. I was leaving the country so he taught me how to sign electronically and kept me aware of each step toward closing. When the HOA violated 3 items prior to signing the estoppel letter, he personally completed the tasks to their approval. Since I am not familiar with the area and traffic, he picked me up and drove me to any necessary appointment. This young Realtor is knowledgable, respectful and always upbeat; you will be thankful you selected him.

Marc and his entire team were incredible. From initial proposal, to staging, to showing, and the negotiations.... professional and personable. He was able to handle our sale and work with us living in the home and running an animal rescue!!!!! A nearly impossible task that he handled with ease. We cannot say enough good things about Marc.
