We went through some tough hurdles that were beyond our control, but he stood by me and the sale of my house the whole way through. He always came through in getting what I deserved and being an advocate for me. Best of all he was prompt with all communication and in getting me everything to move the entire process along. I live close to four hours away so I was never physically there for any process of the sale...which was very nerve racking and stressful, but he knew that and kept me as stress free as possible and did everything behind the scenes for me since he knew I couldn't be there. He also preformed duties for me that he was never expected to do only because he knew I didn't live there and had no way of doing it. Overall, he was just amazing to work with.

Marc's a great guy who's easy to get along with and knows his stuff. We worked with him a couple of year ago to find a rental property and to short sale our existing house. He was very patient and knowledgeable and worked through all of it with us. When it came time to get out of the rental and buy a new place, there's no one else I would have called. He did a great job again and got us into the new place with no problems. Thanks again Marc!

My fiance and I began the home buying process on March 28 and by June 4 we were moved into our dream home! Dreading the home buying process from friends and family with nightmare stories we began our search on Realtor.com We found a few houses we were interested in and began the process of emailing the listing agents. The website can be outdated and the other realtors were very blunt and informed us the listing was no longer available. When we emailed Marc, his listing was too no longer available but he replyed and emailed us some other listings like the one we contacted him on and he then sent us a brief questionaire to help narrow the search. He was EXTREMELY helpful! To be honest we had ideas of what we wanted but we werent entirely sure what or where we wanted to buy. After spending one morning with Marc and viewing 10 properties we knew we had met our guy!!!! He was personable, humerous, educated, knowledgble of the area and the market, professional, friendly and efficient. All of the qualities you hope to find in a realtor. We hit the jackpot with Marc! The process of bidding and contracting was so easy. Everything was done electronically making the process super fast! Of course when trying to find a home you dont always get your first pick and not due to lack of trying thats for sure. Everytime we went back to the drawing board he was optimistic and always knew the perfect things to say. In the end we found the perfect home and his communication skills are unmatched. This guy will put his boxing gloves on and fight for his clients. I would recommend Marc Kerschner to anyone!!!!! A++++++++ Realtor and now we get to call him our friend!!!!
