We worked with Marc to find a condo for us in the Delray Beach area of Florida. He was attentive, honest, knowledgable and easy to work with. We were out of the country at the time of our search, but Marc was able to do the legwork for us and keep us in the loop by using Facetime. We would recommend him for anybody buying or selling a property in Florida.
My Mom passed away and I had to deal with the sale of her condominium. Marc’s insights into the marketplace were spot on as we sold the property for asking price within a relatively short amount of time. I live in the northeast and relied heavily on Marc’s contacts in preparing the property and responding to the Buyer’s requirements. Marc was an incredible asset and gave lots of effort in obtaining our goal. I recommend Marc without reservation.
Marc is a dedicated professional who provides both market perspective and hand holding advise. For the out-of-town buyer or seller, Marc keeps you well informed interfacing on your behalf with the local aspect of the transaction. Moreover, he goes well beyond realtor scope by giving you guidance on third party services to address property level issues, so the deal proceeds without hiccup. It's a value-add proposition when you engage Marc as your relator.
Marc was available to answer any of our questions and spend all the time we needed to make a final decision. He even went to our closing.
Marc was knowledgeable about the Palm Beach County market and our development in particular. Marc was accessible and very responsive. He gave us important guidance on preparing our apartment for sale. Great demeanor. Very professional.
We listed the condo at Marc‘s recommended listing and we were able to generate three offers within just a few weeks. We ended up selling for over the asking price. It was a nice smooth transaction.
We highly recommend Marc Jablon. As sellers, we truly appreciated how he guided us through the entire process, offering thoughtful advice whenever needed and keeping us updated at every step. Because he lived in the same development, Marc had a deep understanding of the community, including HOA rules, property upgrades, and other nuances that made a real difference. He was always easy to reach, responsive, and attentive to our needs. We felt completely comfortable working with Marc throughout the process.
Marc Jablon makes every buyer or seller feel like royalty! As a seller and out of state, we were a little overwhelmed. Florida has its own laws and regulations but from the first meeting, Marc eased our concerns, and we were able to move forward. He immediately suggested for us to have a home inspector pinpoint any issues that must be resolved before showing the condo. After hiring a handyman to fix the problems, Marc was very blunt on the price range that would encourage potential buyers to view the property. In a slow market, he was correct with the list price compared to units on the market for months. The photos of the condo were extremely professionally positioned on the website, and we received offers within the next two weeks. He assisted us as we negotiated back and forth for a fair price to sell the condo. Before the closing, Marc explained the process how title companies are utilized compared to law offices up north. It allowed us to feel comfortable, and the entire event went very smoothly. We would recommend Marc Jablon for all your real estate needs as either a buyer or seller!
100 Marc has excellent communication skills. He kept me informed and provided sound advice at every step of the sale.
Professional ,very knowledgeable, friendly, honest and extremely accommodating. I would highly recommend Mr Jablon
He clearly understood our requirements for a new place. He did not bring us to units outside our perimeters. Not your typical salesman: extremely patient, friendly — not pushy at all. Very knowledgeable about the entire region and could explain the positives and negatives of each community— in detail. A strong negotiator on our behalf. Good communicator, able to work with other brokers to get us the best deal possible. I already recommended him to others. Hire him! You won’t regret it!
Marc gave us a lot of advise, what to remove from apartment, when to lower our price etc. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating with all our needs, which were many. We would 110% recommend anyone looking for a broker, to use him. He is wonderful and very helpful
