Mark did a great job of assist in the sale of my house while I had already relicated out of the area. He guided me through the negotiation process from start to finish. I would absolutely use Mark again for a transaction in the Maryland area again.

Marc is incredibly knowledgeable about his market, smart, personable, and on top of all the details. Recently, I was acting on behalf of my parents to help them sell their home. There were important decisions to be made - among them was whether to sell "as is" or renovate. Marc helped us thoughtfully explore the options and come to the right decision. Once the house was on the market, Marc gave us regular updates on the traffic and feedback. Once we had accepted an offer, Marc was attentive to every detail to make sure the sale went through without a hitch - from inspections to repairs to paperwork. Truly, he was impressive. I would definitely work with him again.

He has a great eye for detail and gives you realistic expectations on fixes if the home needs some TLC. He also made himself available for our work schedules which was amazing.
