Marc Gelormini has sold other properties on our street and he was my only choice when I decided to sell my home of 33 years. I was very pleased with his evaluation of the property, suggestions for improvements I could make pre-sale and his marketing strategy. Marc understood that I was anxious to sell my home quickly as I was already under P&S with a new construction town home.
