We purchased our new home with Marc and once we were settled in to the forever home we had him list our old home. Marc made everything seamless for our transition. I would definitely use him again.

Marc has always gone above and beyond for us. We will never use anyone else. Second sale for us that Marc has helped with as well as one other transaction for a family member.

Marc was our agent for over 9 months. We were very disappointed with his marketing efforts and response to our inquires and concerns. An example of that was having to argue with Marc to put a sign in front of the house facing the lake because he wanted to focus on internet marketing which would have been fine if he had actually done that. We listed in April, lowered the price early June and it wasn't changed in Zillow until late November after I had to point it out to him. We have a lot of experience in buying and selling homes this has been our worst experience. His level of Initiative and advocacy for us as sellers was far below expectations.
