A true professional , kept me posted in every way . Had plenty of open houses . Made making decisions easy for me . Because of the economy being what it was at the time it wasn’t easy to sell , but eventually we made it happen .
Marc was amazing, I have never worked with an agent that would make time to take calls or answer any questions that I had. From day one until closing and afterwards he has been available. Could have negotiated better on some stuff on the house, the first night we stayed in the house the Hvac went out and I had asked about that before closing to ask sellers to come off of price because unit was so old. Also the refrigerator that the inspector said was good went out the same day.
