The only realtor I’ll hire! When it came time to sell my Charlestown condo, I was completely overwhelmed. Thank God, for Marc! From our first meeting to the end of the sale, he was incredibly patient. He was always available to answer my questions and concerns. His grasp of the market and his research was truly impressive! But, his skill is above and beyond. He talked me through what updates would help get the place sold and which weren’t worth the money. He helped me find painters, plumbers, and stagers and haggled with all of them! Marc wouldn’t leave a dime of my money on the table! And the stager he found me made the place look brand new! Most importantly he got my condo sold fast! And was tenacious about getting me the best possible offer! I’ve worked with other realtors before, some of whom made me feel pressured or uneasy, this was never the case with Marc. He was professional, thoughtful and fun to work with! I won’t be going to anyone else in the future.
