Marc Duggan is a wonderful person and a fantastic realtor. I have known Marc for at least 20 years, but I never imagined him as my realtor, but when I decided to move from San Diego to relocate to Texas, Marc was the first and only realtor that would consider selling my townhouse. Since I had been in my townhouse for almost 40 years, I had no idea what to expect and he helped me completely through this process. He took into consideration all of the remodeling that I had done and the condition of my home when comparing to like-units in the complex. I moved to Texas and left the process in his very capable hands. He always answered my calls, texts or emails and explained the process and answered all my questions in a very timely manner. He priced the townhouse higher than I had planned and I quickly received multiple higher offers. All of the paperwork was handled flawlessly and professionally and closed quickly. I could not have been more pleased with the service and his expertise and would gladly refer him to anyone. Marc deserves 10 Stars !!!! When my sister passed, Marc took on the challenge of a hoarder residence with compassion, efficiency and quickly referred us to a probate attorney as Kathleen had only a hand written Will. He promised us the home would sell as quickly and efficiently as possible to someone he professed as being as compassionate as himself - and after meeting this person, I must agree and grateful for how smooth everything went We are blessed beyond belief to know Marc is honest & professional in every way!!

AMAZING! One word to describe the buying and selling of a home with Marc Duggan! From our first introduction to Marc we felt comfortable with our selection of a realtor! There was no need to look any further. He impressed us with his calm and knowledgable insights to what sellers and buyers are looking for. He is fast to reply and act on the current market while sharing his professional contacts to guarantee our happiness. The respect of others was reciprocated in how quickly they responded to Marc's requests. From the lender to contractors needed, Marc made it all happen very quickly. Marc was introduced to us by my in-laws. He had helped them sell a home in Alpine. Marc provided great insight, market knowledge, and patience throughout the stressful process of home-buying. As first time home buyers, he provided real-estate education, was completely calm during our mini-freak outs, and guided us as we prowled through the real estates of San Diego county! We were undecided in narrowing the location, undecided about condo or house and many other things. Marc was extremely patient and helpful in accommodating all of our requests yet remained firm if he believed we were going astray. As we were navigating through our likes and dislikes (and a few failed offers) we were able to narrow our view. We finally had an offer accepted on our dream home. Although Marc had been amazing throughout the searching process, it was after acceptance of the offer where his expertise truly shined. With his guidance, we were able to close within weeks and navigate the potentially overwhelming pile of paperwork and the logistics associated with home ownership. The entire closing process went smoothly. We couldn't have done it without him and would happily recommend him to anyone and everyone!
