Marc was fantastic! I am a bit of a control freak and as I was selling my house from out of state I had a million questions all of the time. Marc did not hesitate to respond to all of them and reassure me every step of the way. Our house sold pretty quickly and we got very close to the asking price. Marc went above and beyond to help me out with this sale, letting me know things that needed to be done to make the house more marketable, providing me with great referrals if something needed to be repaired and making multiple trips to the house to ensure everything was just right and would show perfectly.
