Marc has found found and sold two homes for me in the past twelve years. The first home he found for me took me a while. I was looking for something very specific in San Francisco. After months of searching i was ready to settle for something less than i wanted. Marc was the one who advised me to keep looking that the right house would come. He was right , it was my dream home and i lived there for 10 years. The second home he found for me was also perfect but i only lived there for 3 years. When i moved out the market was terrible. Nothing was selling at my price range. But somehow Marc got it sold. I can't recommend him enough. He knows the market and always comes through .

Marc is amazing! We have worked with him four times in total (three times to buy homes and most recently to sell our home ). He is knowledgeable, patient, super flexible, and communication was great. He priced our home appropriately and we received multiple offers. He was able to negotiate with the buyers agents to get us the selling price we were hoping for even in this tough market.
