I relocated to the Sacramento area after taking a new position at UC Davis. I stumbled into an open house that Marc was hosting and shared with him that I was new to the area and was looking for a home. From our first meeting, Marc was amazing. He accommodated my very insane schedule, even showing me a house that I liked on Thanksgiving morning so that my parents could see take a look. I would recommend Marc to anyone in search of the home that is to fulfill not only their needs, but wants as well. We gave him the daunting task of not just a small geographic area, but a certain type of home. He quickly was on the race to find us just that. Like many people, we used Zillow and other sites/apps to aid our search. Marc always seemed to be one step ahead of whatever was posted. He worked around our schedule, but was helpful in letting us known when we need to alter our schedule to jump ahead of the competition. His customer service is superb. He is patient in explaining everything you need to know, gives background on the topics to help you digest the concepts, while at the same time keeping you on point so that you don't miss an opportunity. His work ethic is unmatched as is availability at all hours to assist you. He even offered assistance in things I did not expect a realtor to do. When inspections, lender, seller, etc were caught up in unspecified delays...he would reach out to them to remove the barriers so that the escrow closed on time. Lastly, we felt that he just became a part of the family due to the way he took care of us, but also the way he put us at ease during all the typical stresses of searching and buying a home. You might find a house with someone else, but it won't be the level of experience and memories that stick with you for a lifetime.
