I was very pleased with Marc and his team. I had a really bad experience with attempting to sale my home previously, but his presentation and determination after I met with him allowed me to know he would work hard to get my home sold. My house was on market for less than 1 week. There were 3 offers and the price I asked for was offered. It was also less than 30 days to close.
