Marc made buying a house incredibly easy, he was able to work quickly under pressure especially when it felt like the settlement would never come. He was able to work quickly and efficiently with the previous owners to make arrangements in a specific timeframe that worked for everyone. Where there were complications they were settled within 1-2 days, making the process so incredibly smooth.
