I’ve lived in Portland for over 15 years and have a real appreciation for the homes here, especially the older ones. Craftsman homes, bungalows, and mid-century homes all come with personality, but also quirks. I spend a lot of time helping clients understand what’s behind the walls, things like systems, updates, and what to expect long term, so there are fewer surprises down the road. Outside of work, I’m usually spending time with my two teenage sons, getting outside, or working on projects around the house. I’m into cycling, skiing, and staying active, and I’ve always enjoyed the hands-on side of homes, fixing things, improving them, and understanding how they work. That perspective carries over into how I help my clients every day.
