Maral was a Godsend, literally. She make follow-up calls until I was ready to put the house on the market. Thereafter, she was attentive, patient, diligent and available. I read everything and ask a lot of questions. She made sure I got the answers, whether from her or someone else. The first buyer backed out on the second to last day, but new interest came in right away. Maral was on the job and showing within 2 days. The house sold for over asking. She is a gem!
