I thought Turpin (Mara Nydam) did a nice job of giving me advice on what to clean up and what to fix prior to the sale. The advice to stage the house was excellent

Mara Nydam did a wonderful job selling my home. She was pleasant but more important- so competent. Mara knew the Mendham and surrounding area and was on point with her advice. I don't think I had an easier transaction and if honest I was the "difficult" party because of my travel for work but Mara kept me and the sale on point. 5 stars for her and for Alyson at the staging company!!! Worth every penny.

My agent Mara Nydam guided me through the entire process and provided support at every step along the way: creating and helping me stick to a timeline for preparing the house to list; offering referrals as needed; and guiding me through the negotiation and closing process. Her knowledge of the market was impressive and with her help I received several offers over asking. I suppose it was kismet that she ended up as my broker; I chose her because she had been a girl scout leader something near and dear to my mom's heart.
