She made the process simple, was an excellent negotiator, was on top of everything, and we sold our house in two weeks at a great selling price close to asking. She will go the extra mile and will pay attention to all details. If you can hire her, you are lucky. If you care about your purchase or sell, you want to look for a realtor like her. Of course, as a seller, I also had to be very responsive and match her dedication. In the end, we expected to take 4 months to sell the house but it actually took only about 10 days for a price close to asking.
