Despite the challenges that came along with the process, she was attentive and knowledge in guiding us through it.
This was my first time selling a home. It was my parent's home that we needed to sell after a death and we are out of state. Manuela was amazing at helping get the home emptied, cleaned, and ready for sale. She advocated for us when we couldn't be there and made sure it went a smoothly as possible. It was a very emotional experience selling my parent's home where I grew up and Manuela made sure to get pictures and document the home before it sold so we could retain the memories of how it last looked while my parents were there. It really meant a lot to me that she made the extra effort. She was always available for communication and responded promptly to emails and text messages. If she didn't have the answer, she would go find it. If you have a home to sell in the Tampa area, she is the one to go with 100%.
