First off it was great having Manuel Tenorio by my side through the whole process, he was there to let me know the pros & con of purchasing, he was a real asset & really reliable if there was anything I was unsure about. He briefly went over market values determining weather they were too high or correctly priced etc. He guided me in the right direction I am greatly appreciative to have Manuel Tenorio help me the whole way throughout this entire process.
