Manuel “Manny” Sanchez started his real estate career right out of high school at the age of eighteen. This all started because like many, in 2006, his parents wanted to reach the “American Dream”. He has seen it all, from the housing crisis of 2008 to the hot real estate market of 2021. With more than 15 years of experience he has helped families reach the American Dream. From Sussex County all the way down to Somerset County, Manny has no restrictions in location when helping his clients find the right home. Through the years he has been involved with all aspects of the real estate cycle, real estate, insurance, mortgages and closing title services giving him a well-rounded experience of knowledge in the right fields. However real estate remains his primary passion which is why it is easy to see why more families in 2021 called Manny for help buying and selling. Recently, he obtained his Brokers License to better assist his clients with their real estate needs.
Little Ferry and Bergen County are amazing places to live and work, which is why he chose to call it home. With roots in Jersey City, NJ, Manny came to Little Ferry in September of 2019. He and his team decided to recently join Realty One Group Legend to take their real estate careers to the next level. Besides real estate, Manny has participated in many charity events giving back to his community. He has a passion for animals, specifically his dogs. When not working at the office or showing homes you can catch Manny snoozing around the couch with his two “kids” Milo and Leila (Shih Tzu’s).
