From the first day of helping us, to the closing date of the house we bought, to the selling of ours, we couldn’t have asked for any better of help! Manny on day one called our lender to get all of the logistics on our loan finances to see if what we wanted to look at was realistic to ensure that we would be financially good in the end. Manny then called and got us several quotes for home inspection agencies and lists of what they offered, alleviating us from calling around and waiting for call backs. His efforts payed off significantly, gaining us showings before the open houses and offers before our open houses were even finished. When it came time to look over our offers we assessed each one and went with the offer that my wife and I thought was the best all together for us.
