Manuel was very easy to contact throughout the entire home buying process. If I found a house I wanted to see at 3AM, I would send it to him right away thinking that he would respond during normal business hours. However, he usually responded within 5-10 minutes regardless of what time of day it was. He was also very knowledgeable about the area. My husband and I were open to either buying a property that needed renovations or a move-in ready property. He always gave us ideas on how we could renovate a property. He is also very honest if he thinks the home is in a questionable area. We have two kids, so that honesty is something that stood out to us. Even if the property was one of the higher-priced ones and would give him more commission, he would let us know if he didn't think it was a good fit for us. Overall, Manuel is a very easy-going and fast-responding agent who provides his clients all the information they need to make decisions.
